Before you write — what to include
- Order questions (status, changes, cancellation): include your order number, which looks like

- Sizing / fit questions: your roof type (metal, membrane, shingle), rough roof age, and what you want to power. Roof-load fit for manufactured homes is what we do — we'd rather talk you out of the wrong panel than sell it to you.
