Shipping rate
We charge a flat $25.00 shipping fee per order, regardless of how many panels or kits are in it. The fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay — there are no surprise charges added afterwards.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only. We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses — panels ship by freight-capable ground carriers that require a physical street address.
How long it takes
- Handling: orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
- Transit: typically 5–10 business days within the contiguous US, depending on distance and carrier load.
Large rigid panels and multi-panel kits ship in oversized packaging and can take the upper end of that range. If an item in your order is delayed we will email you at the address on your order.
Damaged in transit
Solar panels are glass-and-laminate products — inspect your delivery before the driver leaves if possible. If a panel arrives cracked or the packaging is visibly crushed, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping damage is on us: we will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. See our returns & refunds policy.
