The BougeRV 100W Flexible Panel is a 100-watt monocrystalline (flexible) option best suited to semi-flexible monocrystalline charging. Lightweight semi-flexible 100W.

Overview

The BougeRV Arch 2.0 100W is a fiberglass-backed flexible panel built for off-grid living, RV travel, marine use, and overlanding — high output in a slim, low-weight form that mounts where a rigid module can't.

Its N-Type TOPCon cells reach up to 25% conversion efficiency, so it produces more from the same roof area, with steadier real-world output than older PERC panels.

Built for any roof, deck, or vehicle

The Arch 2.0's fiberglass backing lets it bend up to 270° to follow a curved roof or deck, and its corner grommets take screws or zip-ties — so it mounts low-profile where a rigid, framed panel can't sit flat.

RV & trailer roofs

Follows the crown of a fiberglass or aluminum roof and sits nearly flush, adding output without the height and weight of a framed panel.

Camper vans & conversions

Low-profile and light for a van roof, with corner grommets to fasten it down around vents and racks.

Boats & marine decks

Bends to a cabin top or deck and stands up to sun and spray thanks to its weather-resistant fiberglass face.

Overland & trailers

Slim enough to keep a low profile on a moving rig, and tough enough to shrug off trail vibration and dust.

Mobile & manufactured homes

Adds roughly 0.5–1 psf and mounts low, well within the 10–15 psf dead-load budget of most manufactured roofs.

Cabins & sheds

A lightweight way to power a small off-grid outbuilding without building a rigid mounting rack.

Where this panel's efficiency lands among portable, flexible, and rigid options:

Pros & cons

👍 Pros

  • Lightweight semi-flexible build conforms to curved roofs

Is the BougeRV 100W Flexible Panel right for your mobile home?

Choose this panel if your priority is semi-flexible monocrystalline charging. Because it is a flexible, low-profile panel, it can usually go straight onto a manufactured roof without exceeding the 10–15 psf dead-load limit.
