The BougeRV 200W Arch Pro is a 200-watt topcon monocrystalline option best suited to aerodynamic, high wind resistance. Arch Pro low-profile aerodynamic mounting.

Overview

The BougeRV 200W Arch Pro is a compact, lightweight off-grid kit aimed at campers, vans, and emergency backup. It's an entry-level system built on N-Type TOPCon flexible cells, giving newcomers a complete generate-store-invert setup without the weight of a rigid array.

The bundle includes a 200W Arch Pro flexible panel, a Sunflow 40A MPPT controller, a 12V LiFePO4 battery, and a 2,000W pure sine wave inverter — enough to charge devices and run small appliances on short trips.

Features & real-world use

A complete 12V power path

A complete 12V power path

Panel to charge controller to LiFePO4 battery to inverter — the kit covers every link for RV, camping, off-grid, and outdoor-work use.

Built for any roof, deck, or vehicle

The Arch Pro's flexible panel bends to follow a curved roof, so this compact system mounts low-profile where a rigid panel can't — with the controller, battery, and inverter making it a plug-and-play off-grid setup.

RV & trailer roofs

The flexible panel follows the crown of a fiberglass or aluminum roof and sits nearly flush.

Camper vans & conversions

Low-profile and light for a high-top or pop-top roof, with the power system inside.

Boats & marine decks

Bends to a cabin top or deck and stands up to sun and spray.

Overland & trailers

Slim enough to keep a low profile on a moving rig and tough enough for trail vibration.

Mobile & manufactured homes

A single light panel stays within a thin HUD-code roof's dead-load budget while the LiFePO4 battery runs small loads.

Cabins, sheds & tiny homes

A compact off-grid starter system for an outbuilding.

Roof-load fit for manufactured homes

Rigid glass-and-aluminum modules add roughly 3.3–4 psf installed. On a manufactured roof (often only 10–15 psf dead-load capacity) this is best mounted on a ground rack, carport, or accessory structure rather than the home's roof.

Charge-controller type decides how much of your panels' output actually reaches the battery:

Pros & cons

👍 Pros

  • Premium N-Type/TOPCon cells with better low-light and heat performance
  • Arch Pro low-profile aerodynamic mounting

👎 Cons

  • Heavy rigid glass — concentrates point-loads; not ideal for a manufactured roof

Is the BougeRV 200W Arch Pro right for your mobile home?

Choose this panel if your priority is aerodynamic, high wind resistance. As a rigid module, it delivers the most watts per dollar when mounted on a ground rack, carport, or accessory structure rather than the home's thin roof deck.
